These terms apply to your use of higherops.io (the "Site"), operated by HigherOps Inc. ("HigherOps", "we"). By using the Site you agree to them. HigherTools accounts and subscriptions are governed by the HigherTools Terms of Service. Consulting engagements are governed by the proposal or agreement you sign with us.
1. Content
The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, product demos and code, belongs to HigherOps or its licensors. You may view and share it for your own information. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except for short quotes with attribution.
2. No advice and no warranty
Content on the Site, including articles, examples, demos and answers from the Site's chat assistant, is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it is not an offer. Demo data is fictional. Prices and features shown can change at any time; the price shown at checkout or in a signed agreement governs. THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.
3. Chat assistant
The Site's chat assistant is an AI. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete and do not bind HigherOps. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. Conversations are recorded as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Proposals and client portal
Proposals and portal documents we share with you are confidential. Use them only to evaluate or carry out your work with HigherOps, and do not share access codes or links outside your organization. A proposal becomes binding only when it is accepted as the proposal itself sets out.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no scraping or automated harvesting, no attempts to breach security or access areas you are not authorized to use, no interference with its operation, and no unlawful or abusive use of its forms or chat.
6. Links
Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, HIGHEROPS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US$100.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms or the Site at any time, effective when posted.
